The user will then extend their legs by pressing into the footpads and returning to the starting position in a controlled manner. The Leg Press Station uses a rubber tension system that is extremely durable and outputs an amount of resistance that increases depending on the amount of force being exerted by the user. This results in a smooth and safe motion for the user. The Leg Press Station targets the quadriceps, hamstrings, hip, and calf muscles. Installation of this product is available with footing, surface, or in-ground mounting options. Our heavy-duty steel is used to construct this product and will endure years of daily public use.
