ONLINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Mastercard, Visa, or American Express are the preferred methods of payment. Currency is in USD. Customers may apply for credit by making a request in writing. If terms are granted, the date the merchandise ships is the beginning date of the Terms for Payment. Picnic Furniture Reserves the right to modify, revoke or extend terms.
• All orders will be scheduled to ship as soon as possible (ASAP) unless otherwise requested by the customer. Requests to change delivery schedules must be made in writing seven days prior to scheduled shipment. Costs due to changes requested by our customer such as storage, redirecting shipment, late request for lift gate service or any shipping and handling cost not included in the original order will be advised in advance and billed to the purchaser.
• Title to all merchandise shipped transfers to the purchaser when accepted by the carrier. Any damage in shipment must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt and supplied to Picnic Furniture not later than three days after receipt of merchandise. Upon receiving merchandise It is suggested to write“Accepted subject to later recount and inspection for hidden damage” on the shipping receipt.
• The manufacturer of merchandise purchased from Picnic Furniture warrants all products. Written warranties are available upon request. Picnic Furniture assumes no responsibility to extend, alter, or modify any product warranty.
• Picnic Furniture will be held harmless against all claims of liability resulting from the installation and use of these products.
• Customer agrees to pay reasonable collection costs allowed by law and/or attorneys fees incurred in connection with the collection of this transaction. The venue for any litigation with Picnic Furniture will be Volusia County , Florida .
• Receiving, Assembly and Installation of the merchandise is solely the customer’s responsibility and is not included in the above price.
• Picnic Furniture offers a 30 day conditional money back guarantee for stock Merchandise. All stock merchandise in new condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt. The original cartons are required. Stock merchandise returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the sales price and all shipping expenses. Customer will receive a return authorization from Picnic Furniture when the customer approves the return cost prior to shipping. Picnic Furniture will use all efforts to minimize expenses for returns. All Custom Orders (orders that include customers’ choice of color or non-standard style) are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
