This Fiberbuilt concrete umbrella base is great for freestanding umbrellas. It can be used with an 11' umbrella if paired with a table. It is 23" round and 19" tall, and the sleeve fits up to 2" wide poles. Suitable for most umbrellas with canopies up to 9' in diameter. The main weight of the base comes from the concrete dome which is durable for long-term commercial quality. This base comes in black and features a powder-coated black steel liner and rubber pads.
